POST HEARING LETTER FROM THE INSPECTOR
The Inspector has provided a post hearings letter to the council following the closure of the hearings (EX102). This letter confirms that the Local Plan is capable of being found legally compliant and sound subject to main modifications.
The council has responded to the Inspector’s letter confirming that it is content to proceed on the basis outlined in the Inspector’s letter (EX103).
All documents can be found in the Examination Library but the following ones may be of interest as they are referred to in the Inspector’s letter.

The council will now prepare these modifications and arrangements will be made for consultation on them later this summer with more details regarding the consultation being made available on the Local Plan examination website shortly.
Please note that the Inspector is not expecting to receive or accept comments from any other parties on the content of this letter and the Council will not accept any comments on modifications until the consultation period starts.
